Key accountabilities Establish Compliance Plan and Strategy:
- Develops a Regulatory Compliance Procedure (HSSE and Non-HSSE) and strategy to support GWO Asia Pacific Operations.
- Accountable for engaging all appropriate stakeholders on regulatory compliance process (for example, explaining purpose and function, etc.)
- Accountable for effective implementation and improvement of compliance management system in consistent with BP group compliance framework
- Act as a single gate for GWO Regulator Compliance
- Accountable for engaging Leadership team to drive compliance process sustainably.
- Liaise with relevant department to ensure all external regulations (HSSE and Non-HSSE) are captured
- Coordinates with Contractors and internal parties including PSCM Formalities to prepare and process Contractor equipment imported under Master List
- Prepares documentation to transfer Master List within PSCs
- Monitors and expedites Permits and Master List approvals
- Acts as a SPA for managing explosives and environmental Permits and other Permits required in supporting the DC&I activities.
- Review and conduct regular monitoring for regulatory compliance to identify mitigations and control measures.
- Review and update database of relevant HSSE and Non-HSSE laws and regulations within Indonesia.
Essential Education - At minimum Bachelor degree
Essential experience and job requirements - Minimum 10 years of experience in related field
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Able to demonstrate good relationship with government sectors related to Upstream operations
- Good knowledge of Global Wells Organization way of working
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office application
- Excellent Indonesian communication skill
- Hold Indonesian citizenship
